Over the last couple of years Chinook’s Edge School Division has worked on new policies that have now been implemented for rentals.
As per CESD, we are no longer permitted to give user groups keys to enter the building. This means that any rentals after hours or on weekends will require an open/close fee to have a Chinook’s Edge employee open the facility for you.
All user groups must show proof of $2,000,000 liability insurance and CESD must also be listed on the policy prior to the rental date.
